Supposed to be another entry for :iconcgpintor:'s dragon slayer artjam but because of my ADHD and for all other things that take my time I wasn't able to finish it, so here. It's the only finish it's gonna get.

This painting has been driving me crazy for days... that helmet! That armor! Where have I seen them!? I flipped through all the black rares in standard on Gatherer but didn't see the one I was thinking of. Finally I hit my binder and BAM, there it was: the Sheoldred promo foil from the NPH prerelease. Ahhh... now I can sleep easy. The whole piece also reminds me a bit of Whispering Specter.

Anyway, amazing work!

well actually I based it on the normal Sheoldred card (her face is quite cute for the menacing card, btw)coz the character in the promo foil is so small. And I based the body armor from the vulshok clan armor.

The detail on the dragon is amazing, and the riders armor looks like it would be chilly to wear so high up.
